One Step Above (OSA) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping athletes and their families offset the costs associated with competitive athletics through fundraising opportunities and community support.

WHO WE ARE
OSA provides families the opportunity to earn funds through volunteer events and fundraising programs. These funds can be applied toward eligible athlete expenses such as tuition, travel, uniforms, and other costs associated with their athletic journey.
VOLUNTEER
We believe finances shouldn't be the reason an athlete has to step away from something they love.
EARN
ACHIEVE
Members participate in approved events and fundraising opportunities.
Their participation generates funds that can be applied toward eligible athlete expenses.
Athletes receive additional financial support to continue training, traveling, competing, and pursuing their goals.
OUR COMMUNITY
OSA is powered by parents, families, volunteers, community partners, and supporters who generously give their time and energy. Every event worked and every fundraiser supported helps create another opportunity for an athlete.
